Lean management is applied in all our units. Continuous improvement of operations is based on analysis and development of functions in accordance with the Lean management model.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Testing Laboratory for YVL (nuclear safety and security) Inspections<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Approved for non-destructive testing (NDT) of mechanical components and structures at the Loviisa and Olkiluoto nuclear power plants (safety class 3 and EYT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SFS-EN ISO\/IEC 17025 accreditation<\/b><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Telatek Service is a T237 testing laboratory accredited by FINAS (NDT testing: MT, PT and UT methods), accreditation requirement SFS-EN ISO\/IEC 17025.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staff qualifications<\/b><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Our NDT inspectors are qualified in accordance with the SFS-EN ISO 9712 standard for levels 2 and 3.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our staff has received special training for the quality control of coatings of steel structures, and our inspectors are qualified in accordance with the NS 476 standard and FROSIO requirements. The inspectors of welder qualification tests are qualified through IWS, IWT, or IWE training or by SHY (The Welding Society of Finland).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
