Sustainability is reflected in the way we work
For us, sustainability means, above all, safe, high-quality, and long-term work. It shows up in how we care for people, how we manage work at our customers’ sites and in our workshops, and how we look for solutions that extend the service life of industrial machines and equipment.
In industrial maintenance, responsibility is a practical matter. When a component can be repaired, refurbished, or recoated, there is no need to manufacture a replacement and consume new materials. On-site repairs also reduce transport, which helps keep production running as smoothly as possible.
Repairing is a smart use of resources
Our specialist expertise, such as thermal spraying, specialist welding, and on-site machining, enables even demanding components to be restored to working condition. In many cases, we can deliver the solution without replacing the entire component or transporting it off-site.
A well-executed repair is not a temporary fix. With the right methods, you can restore a damaged area to working condition, and a surface repaired with a suitable coating or welding material may resist wear, erosion, or corrosion better than the original surface. Repairing components to extend service life often avoids the raw materials and energy needed to manufacture a new component. The benefits depend on the application, and we can assess them with you when needed.

Continuous development
We monitor the environmental impacts of our operations as part of our ISO 14001-certified management system. We monitor key areas, including energy consumption, waste generation, and material use. We use the findings to improve our working methods. Whenever it makes technical and economic sense, we aim to offer customers a repair solution rather than replacement.
